Privacy Policy
EFFECTIVE JULY 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Monolink LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Monolink”, “we”, “us”), with a mailing address at 1115 S College Ave, Newark, DE 19713, United States, collects when you use our website and services (the “Platform”), how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. 1. Information we collect
You give us
- Account info: name, email, handle, profile photo, bio, headline, social media URL.
- Bounty posts: role title, description, salary range, bounty amount, company name and URL, location, employment type, category, tags.
- Applications: name, email (or guest email), message, portfolio URL, resume URL, and any file you upload.
- Referral activity: which bounty you shared, which link generated a referred application, and hire status.
- Payment info:when payouts move on-Platform, we’ll collect details needed to send money (for example, bank account or wallet address) and tax forms (W-9 or W-8) required by U.S. law.
- Support messages: anything you send us at help@monolink.ai.
We collect automatically
- Usage data: pages viewed, actions taken, bounties browsed, referral link clicks.
- Device data: IP address, user-agent, device type, browser, approximate location derived from IP, referrer URL.
- Cookies and similar tech: session cookies for auth (Supabase), preference cookies, and analytics cookies. See Section 5.
2. How we use it
- Run the Platform: match Posters, Referrers, and Applicants; track referrals; process payouts.
- Send transactional email (signup, application status, hire confirmation, receipts) via Mailgun.
- Fight fraud, spam, and abuse; enforce our Terms of Service.
- Improve the Platform, debug issues, and analyze usage in aggregate.
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
3. Legal bases (for users in the EEA and UK)
We process your personal data on the following legal bases: (a) contract, to operate the Platform and deliver the services you sign up for; (b) legitimate interests, to keep the Platform safe, prevent fraud, and improve the product; (c) consent, for optional analytics or marketing where required; and (d) legal obligation, when a law requires us to.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers that help us run the Platform, with other users only as needed for the Platform to work (a Poster sees applications to their bounty; a Referrer sees whether their referral was hired), and with authorities when required by law.

We may also share data in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, or with your consent.
5. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in (Supabase auth cookies), remember your preferences, and understand aggregate usage. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the Platform will not work without them (for example, sign-in).
6. Data retention
We keep your data as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after to fulfill the purposes we collected it for (for example, resolving disputes, enforcing our agreements, and complying with tax and financial-reporting laws). You can request deletion at any time (see Section 8).
7. Security
We use industry-standard controls to protect your data: TLS in transit, row-level security in the database, service-role separation for privileged operations, and least-privilege access for team members. No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a breach affecting your data, we’ll notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
8. Your rights
All users
- Access a copy of the personal data we have about you.
- Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete your account and associated personal data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Export a portable copy of data you gave us.
To exercise any right, email help@monolink.ai. We’ll respond within the time frame required by applicable law (typically 30 to 45 days).
California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, to correct it, to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of it (we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law), to limit use of sensitive personal information, and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
EEA / UK residents (GDPR)
You have the rights described above and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
9. International data transfers
Monolink and most of our processors are based in the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the U.S., your data will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards for cross-border transfers.
10. Children
The Platform is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the effective date at the top and notify you by email or in-Platform notice before the changes take effect.
