Why I built Monolink.
I've hired off great résumés that bombed — and made my best hires because a friend said "you've got to meet this person." Here's the whole idea, from me.

“I've read a thousand résumés and forgotten most of them. But I've never forgotten a person a friend swore by. That's the whole idea behind Monolink — the people you trust already know your next great hire. I just think they should get paid for the intro. 😉”
The résumé pile lies. People don't.
Everybody already does referrals — you text a friend "you'd be perfect for this," they get hired, and you get… a thank-you emoji. Your network's been doing recruiters' work for free for years.
Monolink just puts a fair price on trust that was always worth money. Post a role with a cash bounty, your people bring someone they'd stake their name on, and they get paid when it works out.
And you only pay when the hire sticks — the bounty lands after they pass their test period. You're not paying for a warm body. You're paying someone for being right about a person.
