About the role 📄
Promova is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to own core infrastructure across AWS, Hetzner, Cloudflare, and Kubernetes.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain Infrastructure as Code with Terraform
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Argo CD)
- Manage Kubernetes (K3s) and AWS ECS deployments
- Improve reliability & observability (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki)
- Support AI-feature infrastructure and internal platforms
- Optimize cloud cost and spend efficiency
- Automate provisioning and developer onboarding
- Strengthen security: secrets management and access controls
- Mentor infrastructure engineers and set engineering standards
Requirements
- 4+ years in DevOps / Platform / Infrastructure / SRE
- Hands-on AWS and modern cloud infrastructure
- IaC proficiency (Terraform; Ansible a plus)
- Production Kubernetes operations
- CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Argo CD)
- Docker and Linux administration
- Observability tooling (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki)
- Secrets management (Vault or AWS Secrets Manager)
- Strong Bash and/or Python scripting
- Ownership mindset and clear communication
- Team mentoring / infra leadership (preferred)
