Responsibilities
- Create performance video ads for paid Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
- Turn data insights into design iterations (CTR, CPA, conversions) with the performance team
- Develop and test creative concepts; spot trends across paid social
- Research AI tools to speed up team workflows
- Partner with creative specialists to scale winning creative hypotheses
Requirements
- 1+ years of motion design experience
- Performance-marketing creatives for paid Meta, TikTok and similar
- Advanced Adobe After Effects
- Working knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Figma
- Adapt brand assets across formats while keeping brand guidelines
- Comfortable with GPT, Midjourney, and AI video-generation tools
