Senior Product Designer

Cello powers referral programs for Bolt, Miro, Typeform, VEED, and Descript — 30+ new customers monthly, 10M+ end users, 65% of pipeline from inbound. Small team, high craft bar since the product's UI lives embedded inside other companies' products. Role covers full product design cycle end-to-end, working directly with the founding designer, product, and engineering teams — core product flows, brand, and embedded widget surfaces. Required: 5+ years software design experience, SaaS background preferred (but range valued), strong systems thinking, Figma fluency, comfortable with ambiguity and fast pace. Nice-to-have: agency + in-house experience, embedded/developer-facing product experience, AI-assisted product exposure.
