Senior Growth Manager

Cello powers referral programs for Bolt, Miro, and VEED — 15M+ end users monthly, 65% of pipeline already from inbound. Role owns demand gen (integrated campaigns, the GTM10 Awards program, content engine), product marketing (launch narratives, sales collateral), and the micro-influencer/WoM partner program — working directly with the CEO and Chief of Staff. Required: 5-7 years in a high-growth B2B software environment owning a content/growth/demand-gen function, LLM-first workflow (Claude/Cowork/skills as default tools), proven track record generating pipeline (not just traffic), strong design sense, excellent English copywriting. Nice-to-have: SEO/GEO, CMS tooling (Framer/Webflow), PLG or referral/WoM background.
