Senior DevOps Engineer

Promova is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to own core infrastructure across AWS, Hetzner, Cloudflare, and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Infrastructure as Code with Terraform
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Argo CD)
• Manage Kubernetes (K3s) and AWS ECS deployments
• Improve reliability & observability (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki)
• Support AI-feature infrastructure and internal platforms
• Optimize cloud cost and spend efficiency
• Automate provisioning and developer onboarding
• Strengthen security: secrets management and access controls
• Mentor infrastructure engineers and set engineering standards

Requirements

• 4+ years in DevOps / Platform / Infrastructure / SRE
• Hands-on AWS and modern cloud infrastructure
• IaC proficiency (Terraform; Ansible a plus)
• Production Kubernetes operations
• CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Argo CD)
• Docker and Linux administration
• Observability tooling (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki)
• Secrets management (Vault or AWS Secrets Manager)
• Strong Bash and/or Python scripting
• Ownership mindset and clear communication
• Team mentoring / infra leadership (preferred)
