Motion Designer (Turkey)

Promova (R&D) is hiring a Motion Designer in Turkey to create high-performing video ads for paid channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) that drive measurable growth.

Responsibilities

• Create performance video ads for paid Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
• Turn data insights into design iterations (CTR, CPA, conversions) with the performance team
• Develop and test creative concepts; spot trends across paid social
• Research AI tools to speed up team workflows
• Partner with creative specialists to scale winning creative hypotheses

Requirements

• 1+ years of motion design experience
• Performance-marketing creatives for paid Meta, TikTok and similar
• Advanced Adobe After Effects
• Working knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Figma
• Adapt brand assets across formats while keeping brand guidelines
• Comfortable with GPT, Midjourney, and AI video-generation tools
