Founding Ops Lead

First forward-deployed role at Broome, sitting between customers and product — a mix of product management, customer success, sales, and operations. Works directly with asset managers and deal teams at institutional CRE investment firms, owns onboarding end-to-end (data migration, pipeline setup, reporting mapping). Required: 1–3 years at an institutional real estate investment or investment banking firm, fluency with AI tools, high agency, willingness to travel heavily. No coding required, but experience automating workflows is a plus.
