Creative Producer

Promova is hiring a Creative Producer to turn creative concepts into polished, testable static and motion assets — owning the full production cycle from hypothesis to final deliverable.

Responsibilities

• Convert approved ideas into concrete creatives (concept, script, visual direction, format)
• Create static and motion assets, on-brand
• Produce variations optimized for Meta, TikTok, ASO and more
• Use AI tools (Midjourney, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, etc.) for references, visuals, voiceovers, video
• Integrate AI-generated content into final videos without quality loss
• Organize production metadata and research emerging AI tools
• Keep a high quality bar — professional work, not "AI-slop"

Requirements

• 1+ years in motion design / creative production
• Adobe After Effects with strong animation fundamentals
• Working knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Figma
• Confident with AI tools (GPT, Midjourney, Veo, HeyGen, Claude, etc.)
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads / paid social
• Reads and applies brand guidelines
• Conceptual thinking & storytelling; self-organization; English B1+
• Results mindset (CTR, CPA, conversion)
